What felt like a mid-life crisis at 28, I now know to have been the start of an incredible path of self discovery and growth.  Along the way, I have learnt much about people, about the human mind, about subconscious behaviour and about what enables success.

Most of all, I have learnt that we are ultimately responsible for all outcomes in our lives and that we can therefore create our own success, whatever that means to us.  And, I have learnt this by doing it.
